  Due to the exclusive nature of our luxury timepieces, most items are final sale and cannot be returned. However, in exceptional circumstances, we may consider returns with significant deductions.

  6. Refund processed after thorough inspection at our headquarters (takes 7-10 business days)

  Final Note: The decision to accept any return remains at the sole discretion of our management and varies case by case. Some limited edition or specially ordered pieces cannot be returned under any circumstances.
