Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the watch.
  • The watch must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as delivered.
  • All original packaging, accessories, tags, warranty cards, and documents must be included.
  • The watch must not be resized, modified, or altered after delivery.

Any watch that does not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Watches that have been worn, scratched, or damaged after delivery
  • Watches with removed protective stickers
  • Watches that have been resized or adjusted
  • Special orders or custom-sourced watches
  • Final sale items

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us first.

Provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Watch model purchased
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the watch (if requested)

Once the return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Customers must not send the watch back without prior approval.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered incorrectly.
  • The watch must be shipped with full insurance and tracking.
  • Timezone365 is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Inspection and Refund

Once the watch is received, it will undergo a full inspection to verify its condition.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Any shipping fees, payment processing fees, or duties are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Item

If you receive a watch that is damaged, defective, or different from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We may request:

  • Photos of the item
  • Packaging condition
  • Delivery details

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

At this time, Timezone365 does not offer direct exchanges. Customers wishing to exchange a watch should return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
