All watches *MUST* be shipped to FedEx Ship Centers to be held for pickup. We cannot ship watches to your home or your office; they must be sent to a FedEx location to be picked up. After your payment has been confirmed by seller, we will ask you which FedEx location you would like us to ship your purchase to.
Free Insured Domestic Overnight FedEx Shipping is included in the price listed. Watches will be shipped approximately 48 hours from the point of payment confirmation by Seller.
For your security, all shipments will require a signature for delivery. The person who signs for the package must be 18 years or older. Please consider this and make arrangements before placing your order.
We ship internationally using FedEx Global Services. International customers are responsible for the cost of shipping along with the custom taxes and/or duties of the receiving country. If our insurance coverage does not cover shipping to your country, we cannot ship the item to you.
We cannot ship out watches on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays. No exceptions.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We only accept returns if you receive the item and it is not as described. In the unlikely event that this occurs, we will take the watch back within seven days of purchase, as long as everything is returned in the exact same condition it was delivered. If the return does not happen within seven days of purchase, or if it is not returned in the same condition, there is a 15% restocking fee.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or simply not liking the way the watch looks.
