CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Any customs charges, import/export duties, or other fees and taxes applicable to international orders are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment on delivery. Some countries charge additional Collect on Delivery (COD) fees, which are collected by the carrier at the time of delivery and which do not go to seller. In certain cases, customs officers may have the right to delay or deny the delivery of your package; we have no control over this, but we do reduce the likelihood of it happening by shipping with reliable international carriers like UPS and FedEx.
