BrotherWatch guarantees you uncompromising quality and authenticity.

We purchase products from authorized dealers and wholesalers. We also guarantee that your purchase from us is authentic. Before sending out shipments, our in-house watch experts will examine purchased items once again to confirm their authenticity and meet our quality standards. The watch we sell comes with the original warranty card(s) or paper(s) otherwise stated. Please note that we do not offer any warranty for the watches. The watch is warranty-covered by its original authorized dealer, with the duration may differ accordingly.

Insurance

Brother watch provides insurance coverage for items that we sell and send out.

Shipping

Within Singapore, all express delivery at SGD 35. Deliveries between Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm, excluding weekends and public holidays.

However, for overseas customers, we offer a worldwide shipping service that your watch with insurance.

We charge SGD72 for Asia and SGD142 for Europe or Other Countries for international orders. Orders placed after 5:00 pm will process on the next business day. Your order will be shipped in 7-14 business days after your order’s item(s) have been processed.

International Shipping & Duty Charges

Most international orders are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country and are the sole responsibility of the customers. If you need further information, visit your local website for more details.
